1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Tabbaani account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Guides and tourists
Guides are independent operators, not employees of Tabbaani. Tabbaani facilitates the connection but is not responsible for the experience delivered. Guides must be approved before accepting bookings and must set accurate availability and pricing.
4. Bookings and cancellations
Booking requests are subject to the guide's acceptance. Either party can cancel a booking before its start date; repeated cancellations may result in suspension.
5. Reviews
Tourists may leave a review after completing a booking. Reviews must be honest, respectful, and comply with our content guidelines.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, impersonate others, harass users, or circumvent Tabbaani to avoid platform obligations.
7. Liability
Tabbaani is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
