Account details (name, email, phone, date of birth), profile photo, address, and — for guides — bio, languages, availability, location, and pricing. We also store bookings, messages, and reviews you create on the platform.
3. How we use your data
To provide the service, match travelers with guides, process bookings, send booking notifications and password recovery emails, and improve safety and quality on the platform.
4. Location and currency
When you register as a guide, we ask your browser for your approximate location once to detect your local currency. You can decline; declining prevents you from setting a service price.
5. Sharing
We share your profile information only with users you interact with (e.g. the guide receives your name when you book). We never sell your personal data.
6. Your rights
